Thanks I checked the net the other night and there is different teachings and some of them sounded very relaxing and stress releaving.
I remember when I worked at a medical clinic at Cornell University when I would go to work morning there was a few students in the parking lot doing some exercising that was very slow and think that was sosmething like mediation. They couldn't even hear you drive in. I did know what the name of it was but can't think of it right now. Lloked like Karate moves.Only very slow.
