Hello, sorry to bother y'all again, but we are in another crisis here!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stan didn't pass his urine analysis and they don't know why. He started taking an over the counter sleep aod called Melatonin since he was last down in Houston and we think that might be the cause. If Stan doesn't get this job over in Iraq then we can pay our bills for this month and next, then we will be stuck again. The devil is really trying to keep Stan from going back to Iraq to work and preach.. God Bless, Tek

Father I come to YOU again today with heavy heart. We are being compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, I am asking Lord that Stan pass this second urine analysis so that he can go to Iraq and preach and work, if it Please YOU. Help us to run the race that is set before us and not falter LORD. Help the outcome in Houston, TX be THY WILL and THINE ALONE. Forgive me my sins and trespasses. Tek, I replied on your other mention of this......has he had anything with poppy seeds in it? That will mess up his urine sample! I think it shows up as and opium if I remember correctly. We had been told it was only a few days you had to worry about but recently we saw that it is actually much longer than just a few days.

it depends on the drug he was screened for- If he showed up for opiates, then yep, eating something with a lot of poppy seeds is the likely culprit.

I'll be praying tek, I hope everything turns out fine. Find out which drug he showed positive for, and do some internet research on that particular test to see what other medications, foods, or situations would result in a false positive for said test.

Thanks Maggs and Geo. No, he hasn't eaten anything with poppy seeds to my knowledge. I am gonna have to do research on the melatonin. They said the test just said failed on it. They didn't have a clue either. They sent it to a different lab and we will know between 9:00am and 2:00pm CST. Just pray that God's Will be done. That is all I am asking! God Bless you ALL! ThANKS Teresa! We really need all the prayers we can get at this point! Stan may be a preacher and everything but this whole week has been slam- slam- slam- from the devil, even he is getting stressed and miserable! The Lord says that HE will not put more than we can bear on us and I KNOW HIS Promises are true!! We are there though and we are stretching further than ever before! GOD is tight beside us all the way and that is ALL we need! I am just so exhausted from the truck thing and now this! All I can think is that satan REALLY doesn't want Stan back in Iraq and he really doesn't want us working for the LORD. Well, guess what??? We ain't gonna stop! God Bless, Tek

Tek Maybe it is God that knows a good reason that he wants Stan to stay near home. he might know that Stan needs to rest more before he goes back or if he wants him back there He may have other plans for him. We never know Sometimes we have our minds on one thing and God shows up his way is best. Hang in there Take it one day at a time. think of all the changes since Stan went to Iraq. Father God please be wih Stan and his family. Only you know what is best for them. Give them peace, help with finances and place Stan where he is needed most and where you want him to be according to the plans you have already chosen.
